Located approximately 40 miles west of Wheatland, Wyoming, at the base of Laramie Peak, Hubbard Mountain Cupboard is one of the oldest Lodges in the area for saloon, dancing, bunkhouses and cabins.

Started in the 1940’s by Dutch Hubbard with the help of local sawmills and ranches, Hubbard Mountain Cupboard remains one of the few places where people from the surrounding areas can get together for dances and mingling.

Hubbard Mountain Cupboard is also a place for cowboys and cowgirls to take a break from ranch chores or travelers, campers and hunters to stop in for food and drink or to stay in one of the bunkhouses or cabins. Please be aware tall tales, hunting and fishing stories are as big as the western skies. Tent or RV campers are also welcome though no full hookups for RV’s are currently available.

Being in the heart of the Medicine Bow National Forest, there are many opportunities for hiking, backpacking, horse trail rides, all terrain vehicle riding, hunting and fishing.

There are numerous areas of interest to satisfy most anyone’s desire to explore the many opportunities Wyoming has to offer!
